Insert filters, tints, or effects
Crop the logo
Place over photographs
When using or referring to the Meeting name in print, the first letter must be capitalized followed by lowercase.
When using a Meeting name Do Not Use:
1. All lower case
2. All Uppercase
3. Our website URL
Although the statement may be true, do not use a Meeting logo in a sentence.
1. If you are creating a website or other service designed to be used with Meeting, please be sure it has its own distinctive name and layout. Keep in mind, the assets must be branded with original content.
2. Please do not create a domain that has Meeting, or any form of Meeting in the title - this includes misspelling Meeting or a similar variation of Meeting.
As a Meeting reseller, your website should not copy or imitate the design of Meeting's website or interface. The website should look independent from Meeting, but may contain original and unaltered content provided in the Meeting Reseller Portal. Any content with Meeting information listed must include your company name or logo in addition to any mention of Meeting.
You are permitted to link back to the mymeet.me website if done so in a legal manner and in a way that does not damage the reputation of Meeting as a company. When linking, we ask you not create the assumption that Meeting is a sponsor or a formal affiliate to your company.

A Customer Vanity URLs allows you to create a custom page so your company's users can start or join a meeting via your company's personalized URL, such as https://yourcompany.zoom.us. You can also customize your email invitation template. Please remember that all brand guidelines stipulated in this guide apply to your personalized website.
Your Meeting vanity website should be customized to represent your organization's branding. It should not copy or imitate the design of Meeting's website or interface. By default, your new website will look exactly like Meeting.us. This is meant to be a starting point for you to add your own logo and branding. The website should look independent from Meeting, but may contain original and unaltered content provided by Meeting's Marketing team such as the Meeting logo or a Meeting datasheet. If your website is found to be out of compliance with these guidelines, you will be notified and given three months to comply before the website is taken down.
